All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Each item is carefully quality‑checked, packed in our premium packaging, and prepared for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking activity, please contact us and we will assist you in liaising with the courier. For lost parcels, a courier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Elegant Aura is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re‑shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
