At Elegant Aura, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected, packaged with care, and dispatched in perfect condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, or sets. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand‑new, unworn jewellery.
